Classroom Management can be tricky! Finding something that works for your class and your students can be hard, but I'm hoping this one will be a keeper!

How does it work?

This strategy encourages your tables, or whole group, to make good choices! Students getting to physically add a letter as you see good choices being made and they LOVE it! Once they get all the letters, let them choose a reward!
