Returns & Refund Policy
If there is an issue with a pre-printed or physical product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to resolve it.
All returns must be approved by a Customer Service Associate. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Authorized
- Unused and unopened
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend shipping returns prepaid, insured, and with tracking for your records
Important Exceptions
Digital Products (UPRINT Items)
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. These are digital products delivered via email upon purchase.
Rugs
Refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not available. Each rug is made to order just for you.
Personalized Items
Please double-check spelling and formatting before placing your order. Your item will be printed exactly as submitted.
By completing your purchase, you confirm all personalization details are correct. Due to the custom nature of these items, returns and refunds are not available.
