- Take a brain break using the Creepy Charades game. Choose 3 or 4 students (one at a time) to act out a card. The class will guess the action. Once they have guessed correctly, the entire class can complete that motion. (5 minutes)

- Read your favorite monster book. (10 minutes)
- Create the monster glyph craft. (60 minutes)
