  • Begin your day with your calendar and morning meeting routine. (15 minutes)
  • Read your favorite holiday/winter book. (10 minutes)
  • Take a brain break using the Charades game. Choose 3 or 4 students (one at a time) to act out a card. The class will guess the action. Once they have guessed correctly, the entire class can complete that motion. (5 minutes)
  • Play a few rounds of Snowy Words. (20 minutes)

  • Read your favorite holiday/winter book. (10 minutes)
  • Play the "Trim the Tree" or "Fill the Mug" game. (20 minutes)

  • Take a brain break using the Charades game. (5 minutes)
  • Read your favorite Santa or snowman book. (10 minutes)

  • Read your favorite snowman book. (10 minutes)
  • Create the snowman glyph craft. (60 minutes)
