The listing is for a printable PDF file of our Polka Dot Nameplates from the Polka Dot and Daisy Collection.  The PDF file inclues two (2) 10x3 nameplates.  The nameplate is black with white polka dots.

You will receive two (2) blank nameplates.  Print as many times as you like!  You can also fold down the center of the paper to create a nameplate tent (see photo).
