Q: I lost access to my digital downloads. What should I do?

A: No worries! Simply email our customer service team at customerservice@schoolgirlstyle.com and let them know which order you’re missing. They’ll be happy to resend your download links right to your inbox!

Q: What’s the difference between pre-printed and digital products? Do you offer everything in both formats?

A: Great question!

• Pre-printed means your product is professionally printed and shipped straight to your door!
  

• Digital download means you’ll receive a PDF file by email that you can download and print at home, school, or wherever you like to print!
  

Not all products are available in both formats, so be sure to check the product listing before you buy! Each item includes icons on the images and clear notes in the description to let you know whether it’s a digital download or pre-printed product.

 

Q: How do I submit a purchase order?

A: You can submit a purchase order right here on our website! Follow these easy steps:

1. Download and fill out our Purchase Order Form.
   

2. Email it to customerservice@schoolgirlstyle.com. You can also request our W9 in the same email.
   

3. Once received, you’ll get an invoice sent to the email provided (be sure to check your spam folder!).
   

4. Tracking info will be sent via email so you can follow your order’s progress.
   

5. When your Schoolgirl Style goodies arrive, please pay the invoice by check or credit card. If mailing a check, include the invoice.
   

6. And last but not least, share your beautiful classroom with us on social media and tag @schoolgirlstyle and #SchoolgirlStyled!
   

Shipping Notes:

• Rugs are made to order and ship within 12 weeks.
  

• All other items typically ship within 3–5 business days.
  

 

Q: Can I place a tax-exempt order?

A: Yes! If your school or organization is tax-exempt, simply email your tax-exempt form and order to customerservice@schoolgirlstyle.com!

Q: Is the Schoolgirl Style store in Michigan open?

A: At this time, our Michigan storefront is not open to the public. It currently serves as our showroom and creative studio where we design, style, and photograph all of our beautiful classroom collections!

Earlier this year, we hosted a warehouse sale at our product and shipping warehouse near our storefront, and it was such a fun success! If we ever host another in-person event or pop-up sale, we’ll make sure to announce it on our website and social media so you don’t miss out!

A: Melanie and the team carefully review each and every application and choose a few amazing teachers to surprise with a Schoolgirl Style classroom makeover!

 

Q: How do I apply for a classroom makeover?

A: You can apply directly on our website right here! Simply fill out the Classroom Makeover Application Form to be considered for a future Schoolgirl Style transformation.

A: Start simple! Pick one of our classroom decor bundles, they include everything you need for instant style. Focus on your main wall first: a pretty border, fresh bulletin paper, and a cozy rug can completely transform your space without breaking the bank. 

Q: How do I make decor actually support learning?

A: Mix function with fashion! Use visuals like alphabet lines, number lines and math posters, and student work displays that tie directly into your lessons. Cute and purposeful? That’s our love language. Take a look at our early childhood classroom decor!

Q: How do I organize supplies so students can actually find things?

A: Labels are life! Use matching bins and printable tags for pencils, glue, and crayons  and color-code by group or subject. Bonus: our organization resources make everything look aesthetic and easy for little hands to find!

Q: How can I make my classroom visually calming and cute?

A: Go for consistent colors and soft textures. Pastels, neutrals, and layered borders are your best friends. Add subtle patterns and repeat accent colors across your bulletin paper, borders, and rugs! It keeps things trendy, balanced, and oh-so-peaceful.
